Start Making Sense: Semantic Filtering and Control for Post-5G Connectivity

We have written a short position paper on Post-5G connectivity, co-authored with Prof. Osvaldo Simeone, which can be read here. The inspiration came from his recent works on the relation between communication and machine learning, some of my considerations of the second age of digital connectivity and, as the title suggests, from Talking Heads.
