The biological effects reported there are highly likely valid and they need to be assessed by peer researchers from that area. Communication engineers get recommendations for maximal allowable radiation and design the systems to meet those, see point 8.

I have never stated in the article that I am "so confident" about the health effect — I can only be confident that the safe radiation levels prescribed by experts can be met by engineering design.
